Poi porta fuori il posacenere

e vuotalo nel secchio.

Il secchio resterà naturalmente nel posto della spazzatura

e alla fine, quando passa,

il camion della spazzatura porterà via tutto.

compresa questa sera.

Voi due eravate seduti a tavola

al lume di candela

sorridendovi a vicenda

con luccichii negli occhi,

mentre le farfalle,

in volo su di voi,

non arrivavano a avvertire
